Founder–Investor Mixer · After Money 20/20 · Los Angeles + Las Vegas
Stop pitching rooms. Start meeting the right investors.
Funding Day isn’t a pitch competition or a speed-networking scrum. Founders build a ReadyScore.ai profile before the event. Investors review it in advance. When there’s real fit, we set up a private meeting on site — so the conversations you have are ones worth having.
scored on every founder — market, traction, team, financial health, product fit — before anyone walks in the door.

Why this isn’t just another mixer
The room still happens. The guesswork doesn’t.
Plainly: a scored profile of your company that investors can read before the event instead of a live pitch.
Plainly: investors ask to meet you. We book the meeting. Nobody works the room hoping.
Most founder events are a room full of business cards and a 30% chance you talk to someone relevant. Funding Day works backward from that problem. Every founder is scored across 40+ factors — market, traction, team, financial health, product fit — before they ever walk in the door. Every investor sees that profile ahead of time, not a rushed 90-second pitch. The room still happens. The guesswork doesn’t.

For founders
Walk in already known.
Register, then build your ReadyScore.ai profile — your story, your traction, your raise, your team. Score 7.5 or above and you’re matched with investors reviewing companies exactly like yours, with a private meeting arranged on site if there’s mutual interest. Score below 7.5 and you still walk away ahead: a free pitch deck review and consultation from investor-mentors who’ll tell you exactly what to fix before your next room.
Nobody leaves this process empty-handed. That’s the point.

Dealflow you’ve already screened, before you’ve left your desk.
Review participating founders’ ReadyScore.ai profiles ahead of the event — market, traction, team, financials — and request an introduction only where there’s real alignment with your thesis. We coordinate the meeting. You decide who’s worth your time before you’re standing in a room finding out the hard way.

Your brand, in the room where the next decade of companies gets funded.
Funding Day runs monthly, in market after market — a recurring audience of vetted founders, active investors, and the operators who back them. Get your brand in front of the people building what’s next, in a room built around substance, not swag bags.

How it works
Five steps. The first one takes two minutes.
Register as a founder, investor, or guest.
Founders complete a ReadyScore.ai profile.
Investors review companies before the event.
Where there’s fit, we schedule a private meeting on site.
Then you show up — for the scheduled conversations, and for everything else no algorithm could have matched.
Step one is a short form — name, company, stage, what you’re raising. Mostly taps, not typing. About as involved as RSVPing to an event.

FAQ
Questions founders and investors ask first.
Who qualifies to pitch?
A ReadyScore of 7.5 or higher. That qualifies you to pitch, join the monthly investor roundtable community, and meet investors in person.
What if my score is below 7.5?
You get a free pitch deck review and consultation from investor-mentors, and you can pitch once your score clears 7.5.
What do I submit for a ReadyScore?
Business plan, pitch deck and financials. They’re assessed across 40+ parameters for a 0–10 score with gap analysis and action items.
What does it cost?
Registration is free. The ReadyScore application carries a one-time discounted fee, payable in full or 50% down with monthly installments.
What is a demo day?
A timed session where companies present to investors and potential partners to start an investment or partnership conversation.
What is an investor roundtable?
A private meeting after the presentations where investors and founders talk through backgrounds, strategy and where there’s real synergy.
Attend — October dates
40+ factors scored. Investors reading before you arrive.
Registration is required and reviewed for founders and investors. Spots for curated meetings are limited by investor interest and event capacity — the earlier you’re in, the better your odds of a match.
A meeting here doesn’t guarantee funding. It guarantees you’re finally talking to the right person.
